We hope you love your HIRONAE purchase. However, if you want to return/exchange please contact our customer service at


Step 1

Please e-mail within 14 days of receiving item(s) (legal retraction period under article Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), stating your intention to exchange and which return option you would like.

We are happy to offer the options below :

- Exchange

- Store Credit

- Refunds


Step 2

Safely package and ship the merchandise in its original packaging, including all tags and labels, without delay and at the very latest 14 days after informing us of your intention to return the item(s) to:

Please send us the tracking number for your package.

Hironae is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns and exchanges.

We do not refund postage costs and the customer must pay for return postage.

If you fail to return the item(s) with 14 days of informing us of your intention to exercise your right of retraction, we will not accept any exchanges/returns/refunds of the item(s) concerned.


Step 3

Once the return/exchange safely arrives at HIRONAE, we will inspect the item(s) for any damage.

Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted.

If the return is accepted, we will process your return/exchange/refund in 5-10 business days.



              Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.

              Item must be free of make-up, perfums or any other stains.

              Item must have all original tags and accessories attached.

              Your request of exchange or of refund must be sent within the legal retraction period ie fourteen (14) days after receiving your order

              The package must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of retraction and shipped back with a tracking number.

              We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns/exchanges/refunds

              Returns/exchanges are processed within 5 business days.

              Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

              You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has processed.

              If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a store credit or a refund will be issued.

By placing an order on our website, Customer accepts all terms of this Return/Exchange Policy.



We ship Monday through Friday.  Your order will be shipped from our store within 48-72 hours from when the order is placed.

All orders are shipped with our carrier DHL and require a signature at delivery. Hironaé is not responsible for the loss of packages that have been confirmed by the DHL through tracking.

Please allow 2-3 business days after order processed for France and Europe, 4-5 business days for international delivery.



International prices exclude local taxes and custom duties.

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country.
